With a
view to creating a congenial climate for ensuring probity in
public life, the Forum will undertake the following
activities:-
Interact with and support honest civil servants so that
they remain honest and work with
zeal.
Provide voice to those at the receiving end of an
insensitive and corrupt system.
Mobilize public opinion for ensuring that ‘public
representatives’ remain public servants’, as
constitutionally ordained ,and do not become "political
masters".
Mobilize public opinion for abolition of all ‘VIP
facilities’ at public places such as airports railway
stations, parking lots etc.
Scrutinize legislations / public policies for flaws
which contribute to corruption or protect vested
interests.
Work to ensure that institutions perform their duties.
Work for promotion and strengthening of decentralized
governance in the country.
Ensure regular interaction with the youth/students in
colleges and universities.
Mobilize public opinion for providing opportunities for
all in education system – to include ‘skill up
gradation’
and ‘competency testing and certification’ so that
country gets educated and skilled
